How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Stronglyexpensive Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider. Keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Stronglyexpensive Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide a matter for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@stronglyexpensive.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. We will send you what we found and any step we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
